Ohio En-Compass is an employment nonprofit focused on developing career opportunities for their Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind clients. Dripple connected them with us. Flowbird worked with Ohio En-Compass to understand its strategic priorities and goals. The client was especially focused on serving their communities in an accessible and approachable ways. The process started with sketches, which flowed into the digital comps. The final logo design had the both letters O and E in the logomark and the logotype was designed to complement the logomark perfectly but also to stand alone if needed. Next step came the color palettes and typography. All the pieces came together in a brand design guide. As a result, the program CEO was able to direct a staff member to pull together a website that fits their brand identity despite not having much experience in web design.
